Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum on-going experience as Butcher or Meat Cutter.
- Applicants must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must be at least 23 to 38 years old
- Must have experience in using Stunning Devices and Knives for slaughtering Cattles, Cleaning and Trimming Carcasses, Splitting Carcasses into smaller portions.
- Preferably with excellent deboning skills
- Good communication skills
Job Description:
Qualified applicants for this job will prepare meat for further cutting, processing, or packaging. May be required to lift and move heavy carcasses, and other meat supplies, so applicants must be physically fit to work. You will also be expected to ensure all work areas are clean, and strictly follows safety and sanitation requirements.
